Led by The Botanical’s Sarah Carson, this slow flow class combines breath, basic postures and meditation to restore balance in the mind, body and spirit. All levels of experience are welcome. CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY DAFFODIL DAYS

March 16 at 10:00 am to March 17 at 4:00 pm

Since the 1950s, bright yellow daffodils have arrived in communities across Canada to mark the beginning of Daffodil Month. Money raised through flower sales helps people living with cancer and funds life-saving research, information, and support services. Volunteers will be selling fresh cut daffodils for the Canadian Cancer Society.
