GREENHOUSE YOGA

SATURDAYS ONLY. March 3 - April 7 Take in a breath of fresh air after a long winter with sunrise yoga among the plants in our balmy greenhouse. Led by The Botanical’s Sarah Carson, this slow flow class combines breath, basic postures and meditation to restore balance in the mind, body and spirit. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Cost: $15 per person, non refundable registration fee. Limited spots available.
