Our boutique features an amazing selection of over 50 clothing and accessory brands that offer our valued customers a fashionable, personal and enjoyable shopping experience.

We strive to make every customer feel important and keep coming back to shop in the boutique on a regular basis. Our boutique team is expected to create a welcoming and fun environment for our customers, while listening to what the customers wants and providing them with options that they love. Being able to work in a team is important, but it is also vital to be able to work individually to provide customers with our undivided attention.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with customers to create wardrobes and provide suggestions on fashion options, fits and styles
  • Learning about varying products, brands, and promotional offers throughout the store
  • Respectfully respond to customer inquiries and work with other departments to meet their needs
  • Keeping the boutique area clean, tidy, and organized
  • Follow merchandising rules so that there is a consistent look throughout the boutique

Requirements

  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual, and flexible with scheduling to the needs of the business, including weekends and evenings.
  • Able to lift and carry some heavy objects, manage stairs, and spend long hours on your feet
  • Willingness to learn quickly
  • A polished and professional appearance
