Culinary Blend Chicory is a colourful blend of leaf and both round and sugar-loaf head types. Makes for crunchy, succulent salads. Blend includes Batavian endive, red Verona, Treviso and sugar loaf chicories.
Sowing: Direct sow seed in a sunny spot every two weeks from early spring to early summer or late summer for a fall crop.
Tips: Peak taste and texture when leaves and stalks are young. Best growth occurs in cool weather.
